1. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory issues.

2. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for customs delays or import duties.

3. Returns

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once your return arrives — no restocking fee, no questions asked.

4. Warranty

This product comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrailRest is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the product. Always follow the included instructions and use appropriate safety equipment.
