2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display product colors, specifications, and pricing accurately. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize PayPal to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order ships.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 7-14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• Australia: 10-18 business days
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason:

• Contact us at support@trailrest.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Return the product in its original condition with all accessories.
• We will issue a full refund (including original shipping) within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

6. Product Warranty

TrailRest camping hammocks are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Tears at seams or attachment points under normal use
• Defective carabiners or tree straps
• Bug net zipper failure

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, excessive UV exposure, or exceeding the 500 lb (227 kg) weight capacity.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrailRest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Always inspect your hammock, straps, and carabiners before each use. Never hang higher than you are willing to fall.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product illustrations, and design — is the property of TrailRest and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Product illustrations are original works created for TrailRest.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
